भारत में electric scooter segment लगातार तेजी से बढ़ रहा है और इसी बीच BGauss ने अपना नया C12 MaxR electric scooter लॉन्च किया है। कंपनी ने इसे अपने lineup का flagship model बताया है। इसकी regular ex-showroom कीमत ₹1,59,990 है, जबकि introductory price ₹1,45,990 रखी गई है।
इस electric scooter की सबसे बड़ी खासियत इसकी 178 km की claimed IDC range है, जो इसे लंबी दूरी के लिए भी interesting option बनाती है।
178 KM की Claimed Range
BGauss C12 MaxR में 3.8kWh LFP battery दी गई है। कंपनी के अनुसार यह battery एक charge में 178 km की IDC-certified range देने में सक्षम है।
Scooter में 4.2kW peak power वाला hub-mounted motor दिया गया है, जिसकी claimed top speed 75 km/h है।
यानी यह scooter सिर्फ शहर के छोटे सफर के लिए नहीं, बल्कि रोजाना ज्यादा दूरी तय करने वाले users को ध्यान में रखकर भी तैयार किया गया है।
तीन Riding Modes और Cruise Control
C12 MaxR में riders को Eco, Ride और Sport तीन riding modes मिलते हैं। इसके साथ reverse mode और cruise control भी दिया गया है।
इसका मतलब rider अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से performance और efficiency के बीच balance कर सकता है।
5-inch TFT Display में मिलेंगे Smart Features
Scooter में 5-inch TFT display दिया गया है, जिसमें navigation, call notifications और ride तथा charging information जैसी सुविधाएं मिलती हैं।
इसके connected features में vehicle health monitoring, user profiles और दूसरी smart connectivity सुविधाएं भी शामिल हैं।
Storage भी काफी बड़ा
BGauss C12 MaxR को family users को ध्यान में रखकर practical बनाने की कोशिश की गई है।
इसमें करीब 38 litres का storage space मिलता है और कंपनी के अनुसार under-seat compartment में दो helmets तक रखे जा सकते हैं। इसके अलावा front में lockable storage compartment और umbrella holder भी दिया गया है।
Scooter की payload capacity 150 kg बताई गई है।
Safety और Hardware
C12 MaxR में आगे 220mm disc brake और पीछे drum brake दिया गया है। Scooter में 12-inch alloy wheels, tubeless tyres, telescopic front fork और rear monoshock भी मिलता है।
इसके अलावा connected safety features में fall detection और SOS जैसी सुविधाएं भी दी गई हैं।

इस scooter को Satin Black, Pearl White, Terra Green with Champagne Gold और Sparkling Wine with Champagne Gold जैसे colour options में पेश किया गया है।
क्या ₹1.60 लाख में यह Electric Scooter खास है?
BGauss C12 MaxR की सबसे बड़ी strength इसकी 178 km claimed range, बड़ा storage space और smart features हैं। Cruise control, TFT display, connected technology और multiple riding modes इसे सामान्य family electric scooter से थोड़ा अलग बनाते हैं।
हालांकि, IDC/claimed range वास्तविक riding conditions में कम हो सकती है, क्योंकि actual range riding style, speed, traffic, load और मौसम जैसे factors पर निर्भर करती है।
कुल मिलाकर, BGauss ने C12 MaxR के जरिए premium family electric scooter segment में एक ऐसा product पेश किया है, जिसमें range के साथ practicality और technology पर भी जोर दिया गया है।
