UP में ₹100 करोड़ Medicine Supply Scam की ED जांच, क्या है पूरा मामला?

उत्तर प्रदेश के Devipatan division में government hospitals को medicines और medical equipment की supply से जुड़े करीब ₹100 करोड़ के alleged financial irregularities case में Enforcement Directorate ने investigation शुरू की है।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक मामला तीन जिलों में दर्ज FIRs के बाद ED के जांच दायरे में आया है। Investigation का focus government hospitals के लिए medicines और medical equipment की procurement और supply से जुड़े financial transactions पर है।

पूर्व Congress MLA Mukesh Srivastava को इस मामले में primary accused के तौर पर reports में नामित किया गया है। हालांकि किसी भी आरोपी के खिलाफ आरोप अदालत में साबित होने तक आरोप ही माने जाते हैं।

सरकारी healthcare procurement में transparency इसलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि medicines और medical equipment सीधे public health से जुड़े होते हैं। अगर procurement process में financial irregularities की पुष्टि होती है, तो इसका असर सरकारी funds और healthcare delivery दोनों पर पड़ सकता है।

ED की जांच आगे बढ़ने के साथ financial transactions, suppliers और procurement प्रक्रिया से जुड़े और details सामने आ सकती हैं।
