UP NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 1 फिर से क्यों हुआ? Students के लिए क्या बदला?

उत्तर प्रदेश में NEET UG 2026 की MBBS और BDS counselling इस साल reservation से जुड़े विवाद के कारण कई बार बदली। पहले Round 1 का seat allotment जारी हुआ, फिर Allahabad High Court के आदेश के बाद उस allotment को रद्द किया गया, इसके बाद Round 1 को नए सिरे से कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई। बाद में DGME ने उस rescheduled Round 1 को भी रोक दिया और counselling का अगला चरण revised schedule के साथ आगे बढ़ाया।

इस पूरे घटनाक्रम ने students के बीच सबसे बड़ा सवाल खड़ा किया—आखिर Round 1 दोबारा क्यों कराया गया और पहले मिली seat का क्या हुआ?

मामला शुरू कहां से हुआ?

विवाद Uttar Pradesh के चार government medical colleges में MBBS State Quota seats पर लागू reservation व्यवस्था से जुड़ा था।

इन colleges में शामिल हैं:

• Government Medical College, Ambedkar Nagar
• Government Medical College, Kannauj
• Government Medical College, Saharanpur
• Government Medical College, Jalaun

Allahabad High Court की Lucknow Bench ने 16 September 2026 को इन colleges में लागू लगभग 91% reservation arrangement पर रोक लगा दी। Court ने counselling को पूरी तरह रोकने के बजाय दूसरे government medical colleges में लागू reservation percentages के अनुसार प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाने की अनुमति दी।

Court के निर्देश के अनुसार संबंधित counselling में SC 21%, ST 2% और OBC 27% reservation framework लागू किया जाना था।

7 September वाला Seat Allotment क्यों रद्द हुआ?

UP NEET UG 2026 का पहला Round 1 seat allotment 7 September को जारी हुआ था।

लेकिन High Court के आदेश के बाद reservation framework में बदलाव जरूरी हो गया। इसका सीधा असर seat matrix और category-wise seat allocation पर पड़ा। इसलिए DGME Uttar Pradesh ने पहले जारी seat allotment को निरस्त कर fresh processing का रास्ता अपनाया।

इसका मतलब था कि 7 September को मिली seat को final मानकर आगे बढ़ना सुरक्षित नहीं था। Candidates को revised counselling instructions के अनुसार आगे की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी थी।

Fresh Round 1 में क्या हुआ?

DGME ने 18 September को Round 1 के लिए revised schedule जारी किया।

इसके अनुसार:

Candidates को college और course choices दोबारा भरकर lock करनी थीं।

यानी पहले Round 1 में choice filling कर चुके students के लिए भी revised process में fresh choices महत्वपूर्ण थीं।

क्या Students को फिर से NEET देना पड़ा?

नहीं।

यह NEET examination दोबारा कराने की प्रक्रिया नहीं थी। बदलाव counselling और seat allocation framework में हुआ था।

Round 1 की merit list के आधार पर candidates को revised counselling process में participate करना था। मुख्य बदलाव reservation व्यवस्था, seat matrix और allotment process से जुड़ा था।

फिर Fresh Round 1 भी क्यों रुका?

यहां मामला थोड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण है।

Fresh Round 1 की choice filling 18 September से शुरू हुई थी, लेकिन 19 September को DGME ने एक और notice जारी करके UP NEET UG 2026 की online counselling को आगे के आदेश तक स्थगित कर दिया। Reported notice में specific कारण के बजाय “अपरिहार्य कारणों” का उल्लेख किया गया था।

इसका मतलब यह हुआ कि students के लिए counselling timeline फिर बदल गई।

बाद में DGME ने revised Round 2 schedule जारी किया और official UP NEET portal पर Round 2 की merit list तथा seat matrix से संबंधित updates उपलब्ध कराए गए।

Students के लिए सबसे बड़ा बदलाव क्या रहा?

इस पूरे मामले में students को मुख्य रूप से चार बदलाव समझने चाहिए।

1. पुराना 7 September Allotment भरोसेमंद नहीं रहा

पहले जारी allotment को High Court के आदेश के बाद निरस्त किया गया था। इसलिए candidates को revised counselling notices के अनुसार अपना status देखना जरूरी था।

2. Choice Filling दोबारा करनी पड़ी

Fresh Round 1 में candidates को अपने preferred MBBS/BDS colleges और courses की choices फिर से भरकर lock करनी थीं।

3. Seat Matrix में बदलाव आया

Reservation framework बदलने के कारण संबंधित colleges की category-wise seat allocation को फिर से process करना पड़ा। इसलिए students के लिए updated seat matrix देखना महत्वपूर्ण हो गया।

4. पुराने Schedule पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता

Counselling dates में लगातार बदलाव होने के कारण students को पुराने social-media posts या पुराने schedules के बजाय official UP NEET portal के latest notices को आधार बनाना चाहिए। Official portal पर वर्तमान में Round 2 merit list, revised schedule और seat matrix से जुड़े updates listed हैं।

अब आगे क्या होगा?

26 September 2026 तक UP NEET UG counselling Round 2 चरण में पहुंच चुकी है। Official UP NEET portal पर Round 2 की merit list और tentative seat matrix उपलब्ध है।

Reported revised schedule के अनुसार Round 2 में:

• Merit List: 21 September
• Choice Filling: 21–24 September
• Seat Allotment Result: 25 September
• Allotment Letter/Admission: 26 September–1 October

इसलिए जिन candidates ने Round 1 में seat नहीं ली या आगे upgrade/नई seat के लिए eligible हैं, उन्हें वर्तमान Round 2 instructions को ध्यान से देखना चाहिए।

Students को क्या करना चाहिए?

NEET UG candidates को counselling के दौरान इन बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए:

Updated Merit List देखें:
अपना rank और counselling eligibility verify करें।

Updated Seat Matrix देखें:
College-wise और category-wise उपलब्ध seats check करें।

Choice Filling ध्यान से करें:
College preference भरते समय अपनी priority के अनुसार choices arrange करें।

Choices Lock करना न भूलें:
सिर्फ choices भरना पर्याप्त नहीं है; prescribed deadline के भीतर locking भी जरूरी हो सकती है।

Allotment Result केवल Official Portal पर देखें:
किसी third-party website के screenshot या पुराने result पर निर्भर न रहें।

Admission Deadline का ध्यान रखें:
Seat allotment के बाद document verification, fees और reporting की deadline miss न करें।

यह घटनाक्रम बताता है कि इस साल UP NEET UG counselling में reservation policy और court order के कारण seat allocation process में बदलाव हुआ।

निष्कर्ष

UP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 दोबारा शुरू होने की मुख्य वजह चार government medical colleges में reservation व्यवस्था को लेकर Allahabad High Court का आदेश था।

Court ने लगभग 91% reservation arrangement पर रोक लगाई और counselling को लागू reservation framework के अनुसार आगे बढ़ाने की अनुमति दी। इसके बाद पुराने Round 1 allotment को रद्द करके fresh choice filling और revised seat allocation की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई।

बाद में counselling schedule में फिर बदलाव हुआ और अब प्रक्रिया Round 2 की ओर बढ़ चुकी है। इसलिए candidates के लिए सबसे जरूरी है कि वे latest seat matrix, merit list, choice-filling dates और admission instructions केवल official UP NEET portal से verify करें।
