भारत में AI का बढ़ता इस्तेमाल: Jobs, Education और Business पर क्या होगा असर?

 

Artificial Intelligence यानी AI अब सिर्फ technology companies तक सीमित नहीं रह गया है। भारत में इसका इस्तेमाल education, banking, healthcare, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, software development और छोटे businesses तक तेजी से बढ़ रहा है।

AI क्या है और भारत में इसका इस्तेमाल क्यों बढ़ रहा है?

Artificial Intelligence ऐसी technology है जो computers और software को ऐसे tasks करने में सक्षम बनाती है जिनमें आमतौर पर human intelligence की जरूरत होती है।

इसमें शामिल हैं:

World Economic Forum के Future of Jobs Report 2025 के अनुसार, 2030 तक global labour market में technology और अन्य macrotrends के कारण लगभग 170 million नए roles create होने और 92 million roles displaced होने का अनुमान है, यानी overall net increase लगभग 78 million jobs का हो सकता है।

किन Jobs में AI का ज्यादा असर हो सकता है?

सबसे ज्यादा impact उन tasks पर हो सकता है जो:

• repetitive हैं
• rule-based हैं
• बड़ी मात्रा में data processing करते हैं
• basic documentation पर depend करते हैं
• repetitive customer queries handle करते हैं
• simple content generation करते हैं
• routine reporting करते हैं

उदाहरण के लिए:

Future में सिर्फ degree होना पर्याप्त नहीं हो सकता।

Education पर AI का क्या असर होगा?

Education sector में AI का impact बहुत बड़ा हो सकता है।

Students अब AI की मदद से:

• Concepts समझ सकते हैं
• Difficult topics की explanations ले सकते हैं
• Practice questions generate कर सकते हैं

इसके अलावा, Ministry of Education ने AI और Computational Thinking को school education में introduce करने की दिशा में curriculum development और teacher training पर काम किया है। 2026–27 academic session से Grade 3 onward AI & Computational Thinking introduction की योजना भी बताई गई है।

इसका मतलब है कि आने वाले समय में students के लिए AI literacy एक optional advantage के बजाय basic digital skill बन सकती है।

AI teachers की जगह लेने के बजाय उनके workload को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है।
