BJP led nda government is somehow against the interests of the government employees at large.
Since January 1st, 2005, the pensionary benefits were abolished by then popular government of Sri Atal ji, while it was the well known fact that the pension was the sole source of the livelihoods for the retired employees.
Now, Modi government and its subsidiary state governments are going to introduce a condition of 5 years essential contractual services before any confirmed employment. This very period of 5 consecutive years will be treated as the probation period.
Apart from it, government is going to introduce the effective procedures of retrenchment of the working employees with the supports of various newly created swords like parameters & benchmarks.
By an large, bjp governance is anyhow giving the stronger impressions of its adamant moods for reducing the strength of government employees.
Interestingly, in its retrenchment plans, it has exempted those likewise parameters for its P.PS., P.C.S. & P.C.S. (J) services, which r mandatorily required for the other categories of employees.
What else the biggest mockery may be that, government is paying pensionary benefits to the members of any legislative house, whether they may be the active members of any specific timeframe or not rather they become entitled for their lifelong pensions just after taking the oath of their offices.
while the so called popular government refused the pensionary benefits to those ones who served and even rendered their 30- 40 years lifetime in serving the state.
Actually, this very ruthlessness is not by change but a well calculated move of a rightist government. Rightist governance is openly inclined toward the privatization of the whole of India through all possible or rarely possible manners.
Government is blatantly working as insensitive, insecure and even in pathetic moods. Public sector system is allowing itself to be engulfed by the private sectors. Private sectors are ever assumed as the crucked, cunning and the shrewd business people only.
They never learned any syllabus of mercy, kindness, magnanimity or respecting anyone’s contributions. They ever concentrate upon their earnings and profits.
Our State is never supposed to work like a corporate house but it is doing. Perhaps, time is coming shortly for coming out of the much publicised0 charisma.
