Bangladeshi are capturing West Bengal and Indians being driven out- BJP chief

Kolkata, Dec 11: People of Bangladesh are coming to West Bengal and settling here, while the natives of the state are being driven out by the Trinamool Congress, BJP chief JP Nadda alleged on Thursday.

Earlier Shri JP Nadda’s convoy, who is National President of BJP, was attacked in South 24 Parganas district. Convoy of Shri Nadda was attacked with bricks and stones while on its way to Diamond Harbour. Cars of several party leaders including that of BJP national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya and West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh which were part of the convoy were damaged in the alleged attack. Nadda, however, escaped unhurt. His party colleague Vijayavargiya suffered injuries in the attack.

At a meeting with the fishing community in the South 24 Parganas district, Nadda alleged that the food grains being sent by the Centre to the state is being siphoned off by TMC leaders.

“One of the most corrupt governments is being run here. It is a government of “chaal chor” (rice thieves),” he said.

What Nadda has alleged is a threat to national security. This issue has been constantly raised in media and can not be set aside just to fulfill the political aspirations of some political parties.
