Barabanki: A newly built complex for housing police constables on duty in the Escort of SP Barabanki was innaugurated today by ACS Agricultre Dept Sh Devesh Chaturvedi, in the gracious presence of Jt.CP Lucknow Naveen Arora.
This complex is intended to accomodate seven persons in a well ventilated dormitory-style barrack furnished with comfortable beds and individual storage units. Attached to this is a dining hall serviced by a well-equipped kitchen. To support this setup a common bath area and a toilet-urinal compound.
In addition to these, a “Poshan Vatika” has been made to cater to nutritional needs of resident police personnel where plants like lemon, tomatoes, brinjal, onion, coriander etc have been planted.
This Police barrack withtin the SP Residence is the latest addition to the endevour of Barabanki Police to provide its personnel with sufficient comfort, all practicable facilities, good standard of living and peace of mind, with the end goal of building a highly motivated and energetic workforce.
